Which track would you choose if you were in my position?

Since employers are aggressive they keep increasing the price of fuel, food, products, services, rent etc,.

Why employees tend to be less aggressive in terms of income?

I dont think any company needs to fire its employees, not one and not bulk. I think if there is a scenario where some down sizing becomes necessary i am sure it will not happen overnight and it will happen in a phased manner over few months. I think if the employer just calls the employee a month ahead and says "You may be fired." that should set off the chain of event which can take care of both the employee's need and employer's need in a smooth manner. That way it wont have to make a big noise and create any agitation. The employees have been taking great care of themselves like forever in the past and will do so in the future. This little buffer time will just make the scenario from medium complexity to small complexity.

Some people are just wasting their life just watching TV, or doing nothing or unproductive stuff because there is no motivation or encouragement or lack of purpose.

How to get them to develop interest in studies and learn something and spend time in a useful and interesting and valuable way?

Is there any way to use Nudge Theory or Neuro Linguistic Programming to achieve this.
