I have an idea, which is expensive to concept $150K (it's a medical hardware product).

My background is pretty average, nothing extraordinary, and I don't have a team, but if I can demo the product, I know it will work.

The US has the 4th highest Gini coefficient of OECD countries [1] although it's remained fairly stable since 1992, it does demonstrate a slight uptrend [2]. How might this affect life for most Americans, particularly the middle class?

What do these leaders do that cannot be done better by someone else?

I'm trying to re-manage my time. I've found I may spend the whole weekend putting off ~4 hours of work. I may just build in a 24-hour free/break period, and do the work after this, as I've found that's how it ends up in practice anyways.

There is a company we acquired that has a product, with an issue that prevents it from working as the diligence team believed. I was not part of the diligence, nor is my job description related to products of this nature (e.g. this is all occurring beyond the scope of the my job description). Nonetheless, I believe I may have a solution to this issue (to fix the product), but it is worth at least $2M to the company. I'd like to test and share the idea, but I'd like to be compensated accordingly.

For example, there are many claims that some exceptionally smart people do not see their intelligence reflected in the classroom (grades, performance, etc.) for a variety of reasons (personal, motivation, etc.) is there any truth to this?

I recently had an idea that I'm very optimistic about, assembled a task list, and about 100 articles and videos to review on it. I'm having trouble staying focused when I'm not doing this (at work, gym, etc.). I feel like I could stay up for 3 days straight reading all this.

As the question states, I am seeking a clever way of having a programmer code my crypto trading algo without stealing it - perhaps dividing the project into 2-3 parts, done by different programmers, having those parts communicate and then execute trades?

I've found that there is no lack of resources (there is almost an excess of resources) but what I am trying to find is which one is the best. I've listed some examples below. If you have any recommendations or advice, please share:

It's frustrating because he expects me to keep similar hours (10 hours in the office per day) and be "on-call" after work - because "that is what he does"

But he also makes 90x my salary, and I almost make 6 figures.

There are only a few of us that report to him.

It's a good position, but the way the company is structured and his history in the company, I could never be promoted to his position. I also lack the qualifications.

The best I could do is a lateral move. I'd still probably need at least a Master's degree, which I do not have.

So at work I sometimes think about trying to advance myself, but I feel stuck.

Do they really need this many people to handle advertisers and run the app? I know they have a research team for the spectacles but this seems excessive.

For example, I think I have a good product, but I want to hire some help to get it launched, acquire initial customers, and hopefully build momentum. This would include social media, promos, press, etc.
