Lot of times we end up measuring our unfinished projects as failures. I don't want to argue whether unfinished is a failure or not, but draw our irrational minds towards this observation. The journey to this ratio will be helpful to some of us.

And then I need some data also for my research, which I will share.

We have these expectations or anticipations when we dream and spend months and years building new products or services.

With time in the journey we make new discoveries and realisations. I am looking for the bare and honest truths and reality checks.

They nearly charge 5% of the transaction on an average. Sometimes it's more than the wire transfer charges. There has been always this promise of low cost international transactions but no one seems to dethrone Paypal (or is it just my bias? ).

It displays a real problem in Nigeria. The worst part is, it is destroying the environment and causes a vicious cycle. It doubles the neonatal mortality. Assuming we cannot change the human behaviour here, in terms of i) The government won't stop destroying the illegal refineries. ii) The people won't stop setting up illegal refineries.

What do you think can be done in this whole scenario so that at least the environment is not destroyed and the vicious cycle can be prevented?

On a different note for those not interested in solving: Do you think this is illegal? People mining their own resources? In a way, it belongs to them only.

Thinking of monetization on the paper stage of an idea distracts me, frequently. Many times it displaces the initial desired outcome.

i) How to quickly qualify an idea? Any Tips / Quick ways / Napkin methods / Indicators / Filters etc.

ii) How do you research after you have decided an idea can be monetized? If it is situational in your perspective, then some examples from the past (what you did) will be helpful. It is not necessary that you monetized that idea.
