I’m curious what it’s like working as a SWE/UI engineer at Netflix. What is work/life balance like? How often do people get fired or managed out for not performing to standard?
I’ve always had difficulty focusing. I tend think about other things when I read and when someone is explaining something to me. Anyone ever have this and how did you correct it?
Currently dealing with a textbook snake (person) at work who is a few levels above me and has more pull. Without looking like the bad person, how do I combat this behavior?
