Why do some companies only allow signup with work email ids. When should a B2B SaaS company choose this strategy?

I am interviewing for a senior role for which I do not have the standard no of years required. Should I actively try to explain why that won't be a negative to my interviewer?

I started coding when I was 11 years old and I am 26 now so thats about 15 years.

All through this I have always enjoyed coding which is why I chose to study CS at college and then have been working as a dev post college. But of recently it has started to feel more monotonous and boring.

Last year I started my own company and then got acqui-hired into a startup. I realised that talking to customers and solutioning is more fun than wiriting code. How many of you have felt or feel the same way and what are you doing about it?

I had a cofounder who left because she is getting married and moving to another country and another cofounder who can't take the plunge because of personal reasons.

I have very high standards for work ethics and don't want to get a co-founder just for the sake of it but looks like investors and incubators are highly biased against single founders.
