Hiring is a pain - posting to the wrong job boards can mean thousands of resumes of the worst type. I've tried the StackOverflow, 37signals, and Techcrunch boards before with varying levels of success.<p>Of course, I understand that the best of the best don't ever visit job boards - they get jobs handed to them via referrals.
