What are the tenets of change management in an agile environment?
I am not in US or Europe, but am on GMT + 2. Locally there appears to be no end of gigs wanting me to be in the office all day long, plus evenings regularly.
So with years of .net, c#, python, sql, asp.net ,some slighly forgotten php, mysql skills.., some java (jax-rs,jetty,maven, win services), linux, windows, bash, batch, CI (Team City / Jenkins).. what are my options?
Start my own business or freelance on elance (is that really gonna coin?) or just suck it up and carry on in the rat race?
So what tooling should I download to get a mobile app running by sunday afternoon? The app should be pretty, talk to a backend service and run on my android and if possible an ipad?
I want to blog on a platform which supports easy styling of code blocks, pretty text / html, and cross social site posting (to facebook, twitter etc.)

I'm reading the Australian skills assessment requirements [1] on the Aus Computer Society and I'm not going to be able to get some of these documents for my job history: I quote
"Employment References
Each employment reference must contain: • Start and Finish Dates of Employment • Description of Duties Performed • Hours worked - Full time or Part time • Country where Employment was completed • Company Letterhead and signed by the author
Please Note: Employment references MUST contain an end date or the work episode will be assessed as not suitable. Employment references can only be calculated until the date of submission. The “To Date” will be taken from the employment reference date or the submission date of your application – whichever comes first. If there is no date indicating when the employment reference was written, the reference will be assessed as not suitable. If your employment reference is “Current”, it MUST be dated and the “To Date” will be noted as the date of the submission of the skills assessment. Only month and year will be counted for employment duration, not individual days. The relevance to your nominated occupation will be determined by the description of duties in your work reference. If dates or duties are unclear or open to misinterpretation, the work episode will be assessed as not suitable. "
Why? because some of the companies i've worked for have literally closed down and I have no means of getting any of these documents as specified.
So can i just apply for jobs at big Co and hope someone will sponsor? or am i in a spot of bother?

Do i apply for an H-1B via first or apply for jobs that may cover a visa for me?
Very important is that I have a family and want to move us all over together.
What is your recommendations and/or experience?
I have a family and want to immigrate for their sake.
I do not have a degree and most likely will not get one at this point in time. Are there any countries where I can apply for jobs without a degree that will provide me and mine permanent residence?
If you have a angular or knockout front end, are you storing the login details in a cookie and passing in the header, or via a token? Where are you storing that token?
I am new to this sort of api / javascript front end and want to deal with security according to best practice.
What do you recommend?
