I can’t help but feel that the decline started when Figma announced its transition from Skew (their custom programming language) to TypeScript. Why might this shift have impacted performance so negatively? Could it be related to how the new codebase integrates with their existing infrastructure, or is it just growing pains from the transition?

My broad question is, why don't we still have a very competitive search engine that can actually rival Google unlike Bing, duckduckgo or qwant.
