What kind of positions should I be looking for? Are there any industries or companies known for such roles? Also, what skills or experiences would make me a strong candidate for these positions? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
The workload of two people before now only requires one person. If this situation continues, will AI make more people unemployed? Is it possible to develop into AI to write all the code in the future?
I'm a full-stack developer and recently I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed. The tech stack is constantly evolving with new frameworks and tools emerging all the time. I often feel like I can't keep up and I'm not sure how to choose and learn new technologies. At the same time, I have existing projects that need maintenance, and there's never enough time.
So, I'm seeking advice from the community: as a developer, how do you balance learning new technologies while maintaining proficiency in your current skills? How do you decide whether to invest time in learning a new framework or tool? Are there any resources or methods that help you efficiently learn and apply new technologies?
Thank you very much for your suggestions and insights!
I'm a freelancer working on various software development projects through different platforms. Recently, I completed a significant project for a client outside of these platforms, and they're now refusing to pay the final invoice. Despite having a clear written agreement and delivering everything as agreed, they're ignoring my emails and calls.
Has anyone here faced a similar situation? How did you handle it? Any advice on legal actions, or ways to secure payment upfront in future projects? Appreciate any tips or resources that could help!
Thanks in advance!

I’m curious to hear from the community about the skills that you think are currently underrated in the tech industry. We often hear about the importance of programming languages, frameworks, and data science, but what are some of the less talked about skills that have a big impact?
Whether it’s a soft skill, a niche technical expertise, or a particular approach to problem-solving, I’d love to learn about what you think makes a difference but doesn’t get enough attention.
Looking forward to your insights!
I'm curious to know how you all approach this task. What methods or tools do you use to ensure your estimates are as accurate as possible? Also, how do you avoid underestimating or overestimating the effort involved?
I'd love to hear about your strategies and any advice you have to share. Thanks in advance for your help!
