Hi HN-ers. I just finished the audio book version of "Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup". Can anyone recommend any other good, tech related audio books?

For people doing contract work in the USA who are working on a corp to corp basis, how are you calculating how many $$$ per month to put away for taxes for next tax season, and what is your preferred way of "parking" that $$$ so it earns some good interest?

I'm a senior engineer and would like to return to doing contract work. The wife is worried about health insurance options however (options could be too limited, too expensive etc.)

So what are the successful contractors on this site using for health insurance? Is Obamacare a long term system now, or could it be scrapped if the Republicans get in?

I'm an engineer and have a number of new product ideas. I have verbally run some of these ideas past an ex colleague of mine who I used to work with and he thinks there is a market for them and he could raise seed money fairly easily. He is quite experienced on the business side and I completely trust him. My question is at what point in our discussion should partnership documents be created? Should we be drawing up legal partnership documents now, or is it OK to continue brainstorming our ideas? If we should be getting legal documents in place now, then what documents should we be drafting?
