I'm wondering if anyone has favorite examples of open-source code written in JS that might be good to learn from. I've been developing an app in NodeJS with Express and am really curious to see how some of the best written apps or libraries are structured.

- I'm building a solution to solve industry-specific problems for a trillion$+ market (Foodservice)

- Current tech solutions in this market are subpar and ripe for disruption

- I have a prototype built (using NodeJS, Express) and highly interested beta-users, but am open to alternative stacks

- I'd like to focus on marketing, selling, BD, user research and UX (possibly frontend) if I find someone to focus on the tech side

- I have solid industry knowledge, deep connections within, and know who to sell to

- The app should generalize really well to other industries. (It allows users to build highly custom business web-apps without code)

- My background is primarily in engineering (startups), with some research, finance, VC and operations experiences sprinkled in. Top-10 Uni. bachelor's and master's
