You have an idea, started building already or perhaps you have a prototype or an MVP. How do companies get their first 10,20,50,100 customers?

This is the valley of deaths where most of the nascent companies die. There are a lot of great stories and anecdotes created post-factum to entertain but they do provide little applicability and value. Any thoughts on this ?

What infrastructure setups are a great trade off between flexibility & access to company's resources and security.

The assets restricted to company's local network are documents, the codebase, CI pipelines, deployment environments.

By development team I mean : DevOps, Backend, Front-end, Designers, Testers, Product team.

I am in need of a KeyValue database, with ACID support (I cannot lose any data that was written) that can sustain about 10K reads + 10K writes per second at peak time. Object size varies from 5Kb -100Kb.

I don't need indexing for the blob objects as I'll keep a few columns just for index required metadata. So far I was looking at Postgresql (jsonb and hstore) and Aerospike.

What should be some technologies I should consider? Any advice? Thanks!

When is it fine to share these ideas? With whom? When shall you keep your mouth shut ?
