Asana, Trello, FounderSuite, VCWiz, others, why?

My parents are aging and I know I can help them in any number of areas--streamlining healthcare/Medicare choices, medication management, general help, elder legal services, landline with TTY, online banking, on-demand help, mobile phone, computer, etc...

What's totally clear to me is my parents are able to screw up what I see as impossible to screw up, so suggestions based on experience are the most welcome!

I'm making the jump from NewCo to BigCo after being a founder and having a decent exit earlier this year. I'm totally daunted about how to put together a resume, package myself, understand what I am qualified for. I'm doing the usual/obvious stuff (networking, headhunter, career coach, etc...) but looking for pointers from somebody who has made the jump.

Looking for advice with career coaches-- I'm a mid-career entrepreneur (sold startup earlier this year) and looking to go back into the corporate womb. Been 15 years since I've had a resume, so looking for guidance from somebody who has been there and can help me package myself. Location doesn't matter.

I recently sold my startup after slaving for close to a decade. It wasn't a home run nor was it a brand name buyer, but I'm not complaining. Was certainly a win and put $$ in my pocket and has given me lots of time to think on what I want to do. Been thinking about my next move, and I'd like to get a better sense of my worth as an employee at a startup or existing big company. I had one angel investor and didn't have much a relationship with any VCs.

My hunch is it takes a special kind of hiring manager to understand how a founder can be fully maximized as an employee and some exec search firms are better at this than others. Who out there has experience, what worked, was it too depressing so you turned back to Silicon Valley, etc...? Have you tried meeting with VCs to pitch yourself as an EIR/hired gun, etc...? Looking at job postings doesn't make any sense.

Not looking for super-detailed/in the weeks project mgt stuff, but want the ability to suppress events, have relative/contingent time, maybe different views. My use is to help lay out my new business timing for what happens when re: investor pitch, term sheet, diligence, advisers, research, hiring plan, product plan, etc...
