I'm working on a SaaS where each account will have it's own database. I'm wondering if there are any services that provide MySQL databases created on the fly cheaply?

I'd prefer a PaaS as to not have to worry about dev ops, server management, etc. at first, and if things go well, move to something more direct down the road.
