Ask HN: What are the ways to short a housing market?
There are signs that the china's housing markets is popping. I want to put money where my mouth is. What are the ways to short their housing market without direct access to the chinese market?

I want to improve the collaboration efficiency between designers and engineers. I have witnessed lots of copy and pasting in sketch/zeplin/invision and not using feature provided by those tools fully. I wonder if HN has any good recommendation on what metrics to measure in this regard?
In particular, I don't want to measure result like user sign-ups, conversions, etc. But measure more on the process itself
