Ask HN: What's your startup's documentation stack?
Currently, the startup I work for has documentation in Google Drive, Confluence, Zendesk, and Slack. It's a mess.

Is that primarily the case in the startup world today? Is Twitter still a useful platform for reading about bootstrapping founders, new technologies, and interesting business related discussion?
Slack does have a call feature but I find it somewhat lacking because people might not be at their desk, have their speakers turned off, have notifications turned off, not have Slack open, not have their mic or video set up correctly etc. etc.
Are there any tools, policies, or guidelines that your company has implemented to help communication efficiency?
I'm looking at setting up a server on AWS or Azure that will host the form. I will use use an iframe to add the form the practice's website that will be hosted on a Digital Ocean droplet.
The Azure/AWS server won't store any data but it will be transferring it to a HIPAA compliant email address (office 365 email address).
I'm somewhat confused on what the best route to take is. I was thinking about building the form on a low resource vm to reduce cost as much as possible. If a simple vm server is all I need, are there any benefits to using AWS or Azure in terms of being HIPAA compliant? In other words, does either platform make it easier to be HIPAA compliant?
Even then, without pushing back, you are required to do yearly renewals.

TLDR: Siteground hosting detail and sign up pages look like monthly renewals are possible. When it comes time to renew hosting, you can't do anything less than a yearly renewal without talking to a live chat agent.
