Hello everyone,

I am a web developer and i've been developing web apps, backends, frontends and all sort of things for 7 years now. I am looking for some project, not to be paid now but, or to get a small amount on the profits, in case the project get any profit in the future, or a shoutout for myself, that could bring me more freelance or new jobs. Also i am looking for a gig that make me go further than my knowledge right now, something that make me research more, dig more for new technologies or whatever needed to get the job done. If what is needed to get the job done is not in my skill set list, i am looking for to learn and get it done.

Currently my skill set is: PHP (MVC/OO), HTML5, MYSQL, MSSQL, ObjectiveC, JS (jQuery), XMPP, APIs, REST, GIT/SVN and a lot more... Learning/improving: AngularJS, Node.js, Python, RoR, ObjectiveC, NoSQL databases, PHP (as always, forever improving).

Well, any ideas are welcome, i am open to all kind of ideas. Also i am not on the idea of putting my portfolio link here, since this is not a self promotion post, but more of a "Looking for" thingy.

I am a front and back-developer and i am willing to open a new agency to create websites, web/IOS/Facebook apps, and all this sort of jobs. There is already a couple agencies here where i live, but most of them are doing crappy jobs and i am pretty sure my jobs are better than theirs. I married a designer, and she is doing an awesome job, but untill now we are only freelancing, and feeling like we need to make a bigger step, open an agency.

I know a lot of you guys can tell me to wait a bit more, gather a little more money, but i am doing this for (development) for 7 years now and i feel like i need to give a step forward, or else, start a new career.

Well, i have someone who have some money to invest and he is willing to invest in an agency, we just talked a couple times about this, but nothing serious. Now i want to do this, and i was thinking, the first step is to plan everything i need... from computers, to persons to sell my jobs, and i have been planning for a couple months now, but i was wondering, what is the best way to show to this investor the idea? is there any best way to show him?

Some simple word documents with all the info? A couple slideshows showing the idea? well, i am really lost about this part now, could someone help me out here?

I know there is a lot of texts out there talking about "how do you know if your idea is feasible". But i would like to know if there is any way i could check if an idea is feasible. The idea is to create a product, so it would need to be produced, mounted, shipped, and stuff like that. So my two questions would be, is there any way i could check the feasibility of this idea without overexposing it? And if it's feasable, how would i go after sponsorship to the idea?

Couple days ago i posted here on YC about how to get a job in UK and moving in there, and got plenty of bad answers, not actually bad but bad for what i wanted to hear.

Well the thing is i got a job in UK, an agency is just waiting for me to start in there, but i would need to move. What should i do? get a travel visa and then try to 'exchange' to a work visa showing i got a work in there?

And to someone who already live in UK/London... how much would i spend to 'live' in there, get a small apartment, low food, bus and stuff like that, just the basic. Any ideas?

Why is it so hard to get a job in UK with a company that helps Non UK citizen seeking work authorization? Is there some kind of prejudgement or something like this, with people from Brazil and countries around here? I am a Designer and Developer, i have quite good jobs, fully 7 years of experience and yet, agencies around UK don't want to help on the work authorization so i could move to UK.

This question is beeing made because over the last year, i sent around 40 CV to different agencies on UK and only ONE answered and saying they couldn't help.
