We are working on a crowdfunding site but with a different feature , instead of people going to a crowdfunding site and donate to a cause , Will people will be interested in rounding up their buying amount ot a nearest dollar while shopping online and donate to an NGO ?

Most of the people on HN shopped online once or twice minimum and will you mind donating some cents to an NGO you like ?

I am working on a startup idea, Its " Google Voice for customer support " .

Recently someone launched a similar service and they are charging for incoming calls and even the outgoing calls are very expensive.

I am well connected in VoIP sector and can offer better prices and give free incoming calls option for this service .

Do you guys think only with better pricing I can fight with the competitors as most of the features are similar ?

I am working on a new idea and is in development process, it´s a copy of an exisiting product which is already launched by a big CRM and a newly funded startup .

i saw their pricing and thought they are too expensive and charging their customers a lot where I can provide some of their features for free .

Is it ethically correct to copy someone´s idea and develop it and compete just on price point ?
