For example, should I offer a bigger range of features (Mobile Server Management, 24 Hour Live Support etc.) or should I focus entirely on simplifying the process of getting one's website online fast? I want to go from Good to Great.
I've finally built my base of hosting clients up enough to require a good, dedicated environment. I was on a reseller account which was cheap and good enough to build basic things. Just looking forward to the power of having a LAMP server of my own. Any advice?
Overview: Sounds like my new host includes a cPanel license, Centos install and remote reboot tools but it is self-managed with no uptime guarantee. Any red flags here?
I started a website hosting product website and now have an approximate conversion rate of 5% that I plan to milk using adwords. Is it a good idea to test the waters with dirt cheap bids? The last thing I need it to get burned by automatic bidding!
I'm building a better social utility and need opinions on why file serving in a social network may be good or not so good idea.
Background: Photos, videos and even messages are simply files accessible by one's social network.
Example: User A shares his favorite songs in an upload. His/Her friends may then listen to those tracks online.
Why don't we have a social utility that allows ANY file sharing/exchanging?
Options: Like(FB) +1(G+) Follow(Twitter) Upvote(HN)
Profiles: Myspace has profiles, Facebook has walls
Communication: Messaging, Comments, Likes
Search: Find friends by email
Updates: Newsfeed, Email Alerts

Even better spam filters? Absolutely no ads?
And, are you already happy with what you can do with IMAP across all of your devices?
Should I launch at school(s) in the Northeast first?
Or, should I choose a launch location based on how many people I know in that specific network?
Are you a Civilization or Starcraft fan?
And, Platform: PC, XBOX or PlayStation?
Short plan: Automatic hosting site setup using bargain servers or cloud servers. Users with Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal hosting needs are offered managed hosting for $5-$15 per month.
Any drawbacks I should know about?
