I'm implementing the integration with 2checkout (online payments) and found out that I cannot access its URL, which is used for the integration, from several locations in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Could you please try to ping this? I really need this stats.. Their support cannot solve this issue for a few weeks.

For example, I have a 5cm x 5cm div on a web page. If I zoom a web page (cmd+ or cmd-), this div is zoomed as well and as a result, in absolute measurements, it becomes bigger than 5cm

Based on the Stackoverflow's survey (https://insights.stackoverflow.com/survey/2018/#job-priorities) I see that 13.6% of developers say that "The office environment or company culture" is the priority for them. But on the other side I don't see much job postings which mention something about these things.

So, Is it really important for you? What is the most important for you 1) office environment OR 2) company culture?
