Some companies ask you to add a 'badge' to your website in exchange ofsome extra features/promotions.

After reading what happened with RapGenius and Google, and I wonder if also asking to 'add a badge' is a bad SEO marketing strategy?

Stripe and BrainTree both provide Client Side Encryption.

However, after reading the Matasano article http://www.matasano.com/articles/javascript-cryptography I'm concerned about how secure client side encryption would be.

Any thoughts?
