Each of the first 4 channels produced 2 candidates worth meeting face to face.
The winner came from Craigslist. This surprised me, as before, I had had success with Craigslist for less high profile postings, but intuitively, the high touch, social-network based approach of LinkedIn looked like it would perform better.
I'd be interested in hearing other startup experiences when it comes to recruiting.
