I thought you would be interested in the stats for a recent Marketing Manager position that I posted on LinkedIn, Craigslist & Facebook.

4 via Indeed.com (which must have mined my posting elsewhere)

2 via Facebook (I posted in the DC Tech startup community)

Each of the first 4 channels produced 2 candidates worth meeting face to face.

The winner came from Craigslist. This surprised me, as before, I had had success with Craigslist for less high profile postings, but intuitively, the high touch, social-network based approach of LinkedIn looked like it would perform better.

I'd be interested in hearing other startup experiences when it comes to recruiting.
