I've a small project that needs to charge $0.99, and PayPal doesn't cut it because they only open micropayments merchant account for people in United States.

Does anyone know a micropayment solutions for people outside United States?

I have a referral system in my website where I award users for referring people to join my website. I know that IP address can be faked so that can't be used in my use case. Letting the users enter mobile number is to extensive for my system and entering credit card is also very extensive for my system. So is there a service who can track referrers uniquely? Or how can I build one?

I read an article a month ago that discusses the significance of being liked in Facebook.

It shows that for each 10 likes, there's a chance that it will be read 3 times by their friends.

Now, I'm trying to find that article again because I want to re-read it.

I want to set up a shopping website, I want users to pay me monthly. It depends on the chosen service plan.

For example, if the user bought item A for $1500, the user can choose how many months they want to pay it. how can I make sure that the user will not cheat it, and stick to the contract? Because I'm afraid that I may go to bankruptcy if they cheat it.

They might cheat their credit cards right? How does the bank protect the online shops from this kind of theft?
