When one searches for apps, it shows results based on the description of the app listing (keywords etc).

But the homepage (https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/?pli=1) has a couple recommended sections ("Staff Picks") etc.

I am coming to San Francisco in Sept for two months to promote my startup: recruiterbox.com. I would love to meet startups and small tech companies, goto some fun and interesting events, and get feedback on our application.

I would appreciate tips on areas to live within the city (easy to commute to lot of useful places) and certain “must be at” events and meets. Any other useful info from startuppers working on saas tools and serving similar markets would be super appreciated!

About five years ago, I had started a classifieds portal (sixteen2sixty.com) for the Indian market. I was naive in my execution and it didn't eventually go anywhere.

I have 8000+ people signed up on it, and people are still posting some stuff on it.

About 900 visits a month. Can I sell it for something useful? The domain (I know not!) or anything else?
