Is it better to change it fast, even if it means sleep 2 hours the first day and be totally useless, or a more progressive approach (6days going to sleep 2h later everyday?) gives better results?
When i tried to take nap, i either be really tired and it endup a 3hour nap, or cant sleep. I feel mastering the nap skill can be key here.

I would like a game where i can program a team of bots, playing against another team of bots.
CounterStrike GO competitive 5v5 games would be awesome, unfortunately is it not an option, as a big hardware setup will be needed, (3d game) Thank you Dota too would be great,
If there is nothing out there i will make my game, no nice graphics, everyone could program, watch compete 5 bots vs 5 bots 2d csgo :)

Do you have any tutorial/advices?
I will be using python, and have some doubts,
For exemple i dont follow that much PEP8 and kind of have my own style of writing, Is it mandatory to change it and follow 100% PEP8?
I use to make a lots of commits, minor changes, but all the project i read make few.
I would like to have people contribute and use it, do you have any tip or tutorial of the most do in open-source developement?
