So when we think of the ladder of abstraction we see that it all stems from abstracting away procedural hexadecimal, since that's all the 'metal' understands. When you read "implement" what do you refer too exactly?

I read a lot about how its an 'implementation' problem. If we have so many issues with implementations why cant we standardize it?

I'm not so much a newbie but I dont have as much experience in implementations. Thank you for your time.
