Most of us rely heavily on SaaS to communicate, manage projects and store files. What if they went down tomorrow for an hour? The day? A week?

What do you have or wish you had in a 'go bag' that would help you communicate and conduct business if a critical business system or the whole Internet failed for some period of time?

Our company is growing and working on new kinds of projects that take place outside of our normal workflow which has existing tracking tools.
