This is a whirlwind tour of Nepal through its music and dance from East to west, North to South and communities. Please listen and provide feedback.
While making this list I realized that Youtube is a treasure trove of contributions by people of their native culture as performed in their natural settings – raw emotion and power exposed. This give true renderings of their culture.
If we could have a s website that exposes us to cultures through such lists, it would be amazing. As we become more globalized such lists would be a good way to save as well as share our cultures to the world.
Such lists could even be used in schools, and other places of learning to allow the next billion to view, understand, preserve and carry on these traditions and cultures.
I would love to work on such a website. If anyone up for it let’s get cracking.
Just to name a few that I have seen: Barbra -- https://barbra.io/ -- to share notes among class takers. Edanswers -- says mainly for learning plans. Don't know how to use it yet. Intention -- https://about.i.ntention.app/ -- good tool to setup goals and stay motivated. Don 't know if the goals can be shared among users.
My idea so far is to have the whole course laid out as a mindmap (haven't found a tool yet), then linked to goals through Intentions with notes in Barbra.
Looking for suggestions on tools and systems that I could use. Note: I could use a big system like openedx, but I would miss simple, yet great ways of doing things.
