Usually users don't like to communicate, especially in self-serve, or PLG led products.

But, we want to get them on calls to learn from them.

One way that helps us is offering a video consultation session to help people integrate - but not many take up on the offer.

What did you see that works for you?

There is a lot of content for no-code automations, vibe coding and generally everything to do with not real programming work.

There are also nice newsletters about AI research and academia.

I was wondering if there are newsletters for coding focused people about new things with automations, AI etc.

For now I only found HN daily as the best source, albeit not focused on this exact topic.

I'm looking to re-start my old newsletter, along with a new website. Every webpage will also be a newsletter email. Looking for a simple to use setup, where I will own the data and audience and will not be reliant on a platform to exist X years from now and continue serving me in a reasonable price

I've started a small community with a few friends in the video-automation space. Our main goal with the community is to have high quality engagement and information sharing in our field, by communicating with members we are familiar with and trust. We are not aiming for really growing the amount of community members, rather for the quality of the engagement within it. With time I guess the amount of members will grow naturally.

Would love to hear if anyone has created communities with similar goals, what was the process, what worked well, what didn't work well, and in general if you have any tips to share.
