I have been working on this spaghetti code that is extremely hard to follow and needed to concentrate. After weeks of not being able to successfully finish what I needed to do, I finally worked both weekend days and was able to successfully finished coding.

I blame part of the difficulty on the open office without private space and then partly to the daily agile meetings that make it hard to just sit down and work at a problem for longer period at a time.

How are you coping with it?

We use Linux desktops at work and all our development/release is on Linux. We are however using Office 365 suite. We are now forced to move to MS Teams as hipchat is going away. MS Teams does not have a native Linux client and MS does not have any future plans to develop one.

I am wondering if there are any solutions that I can sell to management besides running entire windows os in VMware?
