We're hiring around 5 people the next month or two, is anyone using an ATS (recruiting software) that's not 100s of dollars a month that's any good? I'd rather not track people in excels, but everything out there is terribly priced.

I used to like Greenhouse a lot in a previous company, but we can't afford that.

Are you finding specific pros/cons for some of the ones that try to be a platform. As an example, we've found LangSmith's integration with LangChain super useful, even though LangChain itself has its pros and its cons.
