I read some content from hubspot[1] and intercom[2] which gave some insights, but I would like more greate and preferrably real-world examples.
Of course the audience might have different requirements and expectations, but do you have any good examples of user manuals or FAQs which users(and also the writers) love?

Basically, I want a link to send to the recipient and their screen should be shared so I can help them out. If no software is needed from the support person its even better.
I looked at http://www.verticalresponse.com/ but never really heard about them which makes me uneasy to really use them.
Any other suggestions and best of all personal preference?
Even better if each bounce could trigger a rpc based on certain trigger or rules for example?
Is there any such service?
