Anyone have a set of good convertible note docs to share?

A particular angel is banging on the door, and I'd like to be prepared/better informed on the intricacies of convertible notes.

I've received an offer for a developed website + a few related domains.

Are there any open source or public domain boiler plate contracts out there for a sale of this type?

The dollar value of this deal makes me want to cross all of my t's.

Every now and then Google Chrome will redirect a link, typically to an obscure MySpace page or abandoned Blogger blog. This appears to be inherent in Chrome (no reproduction in Firefox et al)

Anyone else experience this?

Likely use-case occurs when clicking an off-site link on Twitter, sending me to an abandoned Blogger (orig Pyra/Ev/Biz) blog. At the time, I assumed it was some forgotten common wrinkle in time of Ev/Biz/Jack code base.

Now it's Myspace pages. WTF.
