If you needn't to work, what would you do?

Assuming you needn't to stay in your daily job but could keep some basic living standard, what would you do?

Founding a company? Teaching? Playing with kids? Joining politics? Consultancy? Nothing?

We have crowd-founding, various product-sharing scheme, location independent companies, globalization and other trends.

How about crowd-based companies? Do we indeed need the hierarchies and

The limitation of freelancing and start-ups is, that it is not possible to really do large projects. The crowd-based companies could overcome that.

ok, lot of things are nature-based, but on the other hand, in the IT world is everything possible.
