It's called All Hands, and we've launched today: https://allhands.app
The idea is that instead of pressing the big red stop button on the side of your business every week in order to keep everyone up-to-date, you instead schedule in and pre-record the things they need to know. All Hands does the workflow part, lets you include other people (so it's easy to have different people presenting), makes recording easy (all in the browser, no extensions - MediaRecorder is cool!), and then does the sharing + reactions part (emoji + comments). Crucially we're also collecting (anon) stats and (optionally anon) feedback to help teams make the _next_ update more relevant.
We can see more use cases than just the companywide stuff - Product Reviews, cross-functional updates ("here's what sales/support need to know about what's changed in the product this week") etc. etc.
Been building since ~April this year, we have a few folks using the product but would like to get more feedback. Let us know what you think!

Basically, we manage the whole process online - you list your house for sale, order marketing and even negotiate with potential buyers all online. The legal environment here means you can even digitally "sign" agreements using a credit card!
There's no human "agent" in the process - 200 Square manages it all, although you can get in touch with someone for help if you need it. We also charge a fixed "success fee" instead of the usual commission paid to an agent (2% - 4% of the sale price here, depending on a number of things).
I'm really interested in what you guys think of the concept, and the home/info pages - we are trying to explain a complicated process as concisely and simply as possible.
Appreciate anything you might suggest however!
My heart sank when I saw one particular company (I won't name names). They had pretty much built the app I've reserved the next 3-or-so months to create.
I'm wondering what I should do. The market seems big enough to support two (or more) competitors, but ideas are a dime a dozen.
Should I pick something new, or stick it out and try to kick ass?

It was built nights+weekends, around "pay-the-bills" work and a never-ending stream of other projects ;)
Basically, we decided to build MinuteDock as an exclusive add-on for Xero (using their API - http://blog.xero.com/developer). They've been really good to us - offered a possible blog post and a spot in their newsletter.
Before we get sent out to ~12,000 Xero customers though, we'd really like to make sure we've got the product somewhat right. I usually enjoy the Review my Startup posts on HN, and this seemed like the perfect time to give it a go for myself.
US-based HNers: Do many people use Xero for their startup's accounts? Have you guys even heard of it?
