It seems like every "great" piece of software, e.g. the operating systems of Apple and Microsoft, the search engine of Google, AWS inside Amazon, Facebook etc was dogfooded.

What's the biggest exception to this rule?

I'm volunteering at a hospital in Tanzania early next year and the internet is very spotty. Was hoping to set them up with a better connection.

Starlink would be ideal, but it isn't available in Tanzania as pending regulatory approval. 4G options are also pretty unreliable.
