Was setting up Actions CI for a university project only to realize that private repo can't access org's Secret unless it is on a paid plan.

Shouldn't this be a security issue?

I'm not able to do any online VISA payments through Cardinal & AuthorizeNet. 3D Secure through Cardinal shows 404 not found. Anyone having issues too?

Haven't see any news outlets picking up on this one, saw many reports on Twitter. Those websites are behind Cloudflare, thought it was CF issue, but cloudflarestatus looks clean.
