Are the form legal documents on LegalZoom good enough for most tech company purposes? Or should a startup go and find a law firm out there? Are there any firms that specialize in startups?
I'm looking for something external that uses my programming skills. A new job with a higher salary would be great, but that's not feasible for me right now.
I just went to a conference and it was bad. I forgot the names of people I met not more than 15 minutes later. I felt terrible that I didn't know their name while they knew mine.
Do you all know of any good tips for remembering names?
