Would love to know things that enhanced your work or personal life.

I am putting together a half-day or full-day workshop for effective communication - written, powerpoints, narrative writing etc. It's a tech/research audience and now working remotely.

No fluff and only actionable advice the attendees can use on a daily basis.

Do you have any suggestion on things that I could include? Including great material already written that I could repurpose?

So far, the Army Writing Manual is one of the better resources I have come across.

Since this topic is being discussed, what is your favorite book or course for learning technically-oriented business writing. I believe Amazon has an internal half-a-day course on business writing. Is there anything similar available online?

Self-explanatory. Often times, info products like courses, books etc. are a one-time effort that pays dividends over the longer term, if successful. Do you have any successes and failures? What did you learn?
