My younger coworkers are all running their WQHD monitors at 100% scaling, I'm at 125% with the monitor pulled maybe 16 inches from my face. I'm in front of a monitor for close to eight hours per day.

I'm in my mid 40's and I can still read my kindle without issue, though some books are getting progressively more difficult.

I was looking into reading glasses, but apparently there are also computer glasses. I'm going to discuss with my optometrist during my next visit, but would like to go in prepared.

Are you using reading or computer glasses? How did you decide which one to use? Are you using reading and computer glasses? Any questions I should ask my optometrist?
