My network is always on 4g unless i turn the display on, then it stays on 5g as long as the display is timed out.
I have so far turned to keeping the display always on using developer options and using a screensaver. But this is a very bad solution as the amoled is probably going to burn when used 24/7.
Has anyone else seen this behavior and found any other solution ?
For me this is a bit of false advertising from samsung as i didn't see apple doing this behavior to save battery (maybe?) as i see way better performance on iphone 12/13 pro 5g.
I just looked at speedtest requests from my browser and seems like i keep getting random public ip addresses when i do speed tests. Am i the only one who noticed this or can anyone confirm if there is a problem.
I am getting paranoid if there is a malware in my home network stack somewhere. I am running the tests from switzerland and have already analyized my pi.hole requests and dont see anything weird so far. I only use legal software and official windows/os x devices.
Thanks a for your help.
