I'm thinking of donating some cash to a charity of some kind. How can I make sure my money will actually make a difference and be utilized properly?

Prototype.js sounds very interesting. I'm about to start writing a pretty hefty JS lib of my own, and I'm wondering if any of you guys use it regularly and your opinions? To you find you can get more work done with the added constructs prototype provides, rather than just straight JS and maybe jQ?

I am in need of someone to do some animations and graphic design for me. Anybody out there do this sort of thing or know of a good way to get it done?

I've tired of server-side includes for static web-pages. Django hosting just isn't available for most customers. Essentially I'd love to have Django templates and generic views, and that's it. What are the most widely supported CMS's by hosts? Joomla and Drupal?
