- Size: neither too big nor too small (Singapore is about 700 square kilometers).
- Geographical position: climate (which will change), sea level (which will change, attention to coastlines), topography, soil quality (possibly).
- The strategic position: trade routes, access to the sea (possibly).
- Colonisibility: a piece of land that is disputed, under-exploited, purchasable, etc.

Current recycling is far from optimal. A company could exploit this and raise recycling to a whole new standard.
Its raw material costs would be zero or very low, its logistics costs would be high, but by using technology and automation it could definitely become (very) profitable.
And to take on the task of retransforming, by extensive chemical engineering, all the discarded products into vanilla raw material, and to exploit the non-renewable rest as a source of energy for the whole system by burning it.

It is very difficult to navigate between the tools, which often have features in common. With 5, 10 and up to 20 different tools, how are we supposed to organize ourselves, train ourselves in use, manage our accounts, etc.?
And how is a company supposed to be able to manage all these subscriptions financially?
How do I know what tools to keep? Which ones to give up? How to find out about the new tools?
It's a little messy. Don't you think?
PS: I am talking about tools like Github, Asana, Slack, Docker, Monday, Slite, Trello, Intercom, Airtable, Google Calendar, Google Office....

As we can see, large tech companies are turning into finance. Amazon has launched a full range of services. Google is on the same path. Uber began to manage the cash flows on its network itself.
It seems that big techs, which control consumers (and have become the operating systems of our lives) will end up managing everything themselves rather than relying on third party companies like fintechs.
Retail banks are dying, payment charges are falling sharply with the explosion of digital payments.
Big techs could very well share a same payment protocol and manage everything internally.
