It’s nearly 2×. Is the job market really that bad or are more people posting in “Who wants to be hired?”

We are building a MVP SaaS for a B2B client. One founder is technical with a side business, 2nd is layer with a practice and I'm a CTO. We are working part time at the moment, but I'd like to work full time on the product, since client are really eager to integrate it.

What is a fair salary? How equity comes into it?
