Anyone have a open source android proxy server for android? My carrier will restrict my hotspot speed to 600kbps if I go over 15gbs in a month. If I set defaultcurlhops to 64 and vpn on the computer give unrestricted speed. But then I'm limited to the speed of the VPN. I've also tried 2 different android proxy serv apps and it give unrestricted speeds. But I don't trust any proxy app if I can't see source. Apps are servers unlimited and every proxy
