We’re in urgent need of help with our OVH account, which was locked due to a billing issue. The account hosted a non-profit public directory of medical professionals—a community-driven platform helping people find trusted doctors, with thousands of unique comments and contributions from users.
We had also been paying OVH for backups, but it turns out that this was the only backup, and we’ve now lost access to it.
We've tried reaching OVH support, but haven't received help yet. We’re hoping someone here might know a contact inside OVH or offer advice. Our requests:

How do you see the value of daily updates and what value they provide in your opinion?
Some people would argue that they might be unnecessary when you use a good ticketing system as the updates could be contained within individual tickets, while others would say they find them useful besides using the ticket.
What's your opinion on them?
Every time a new person joins an organization, is it really needed to navigate to the desktop website to add it there?
Are there any better solutions out there? I find it frustrating to be required in using the desktop app for these basic operations.
