And, for 'each of these phases' I mean during ideation, prototyping, and after gaining users shifting towards maintenance, refactoring, and scaling.
At what point does feature development slow down in favor of bug fixes, tech debt reduction, and performance improvements?
Also, how does time allocation change in different environments—startups vs. big companies, SaaS vs. consumer apps, open-source vs. enterprise software?
Any patterns you've noticed?

Is this a new phenomenon of re enacting a different period in time? Or, did people in the middle ages re enact the ancient times?
1. I am primarily interested in tech, startups, and the happenings in this space. Are there any recommendations for publishers in this space? 2. Is there a decent unified subscriptions option? Like pay for a subscription package for x set of publishers? 3. Others ways of looking at this?
