I'm based in Canada and pay people (in USD) in both Turkey and Brazil on a regular basis (developers). Would be interested to know what people are using to make international transfers at below Paypal / Bank transfer fees.

Hi guys, about to launch a freemium model of my currently free product. We will probably want to raise our pricing about 6 months after launching the first paid version, as our product offering becomes significantly richer. Anybody have experience with this? My initial thoughts were just to grandfather existing users at the old rates, and have the rate increase only apply to new users, but would love to hear from anyone with experience.

When talking to investors, what is the minimum level of engagement do you use to define a user (i.e. a signup) as a user. e.g. If you have signups that just log-in a couple times and don't come back, would you continue to keep them in your user stats?

Trying to explore new styles to display a medium sized library (web/tablet) of content. Specifically, it's about 150-200 lesson plans designed for ESL teachers. Can anyone suggest a great library design that they've seen lately for inspiration? I've got my hierarchy/taxonomy set, I'm looking for display/user selection inspirations. Cheers.

Would love to hear anyone's experience with a service that lets you hold a phone number of a foreign country through a web based service. We are running a company that requires a Turkish phone number but we are relocating to Canada. Happy to pay for something that works well.
