I'm looking for something that looks good crossbrowser, as well as on iPhone/iPad, Android, and is fairly easy to use.

Specifically, do you use multiple lines, and if so, are there any indentation best practices? Or do you always use a single line function definition?

The goal is to be able to present json data as html/ui, and do the rendering both on the server or client side. Most of the time the server app will generate the html when the page first loads, but when a list gets updated via user interaction with javascript, I don't want to have custom javascript duplicating the rendering that happens in my python templates. I have been looking at JSON-template (http://bit.ly/aO27UM) but would love to know if anyone has any recs. Also looked at Google Closure templates, but they are implemented in server side java, not python. Anyone have any good solutions they recommend?

Would be cool to thumbs up stuff and have stuff cache for reading offline, but that is gravy.

The HN Twiiter account is my favorite source of content, but there's no easy way to find the HN discussion thread. When I read this today, http://twitter.com/newsycombinator/status/7335235548 , I wanted to see what the HN community had to say, but the only way to do so was to go to the main HN site and search for WIP. Very cumbersome.

Is there a way to subscribe to a convo via email or RSS, or do you just constantly have to come back to check for replies?

If (as it seems) there's not a way to subscribe to push notifications once you've joined a conversation, does anyone know if this is deliberate, or just something that hasn't yet been implemented. If it's the latter, I vote for setting this up ASAP. I'd love to be able to subscribe to Hacker News convos via email.
