Hey guys, I just was hired as a business development intern at AnyPerk. Just wondering if anyone had any advice for a person beginning their career in a sales facing role.

I've been teaching myself to code over the last couple of months and finally, this past weekend, decided to put my mind to actually trying to build something! So this is my first little project, Clearli a quick and simple weather app.

Hey guys, I am just finishing up my university degree in economics and over the last few months have become obsessed with web development, the start up world, and everything that comes along with it.

I've been working through the obvious resources like codeacademy and such, and am now looking at applying for devbootcamp or a similar web development program.

My question for HN is, will my degree in Economics be able to benefit me, should I continue to pursue a career as a developer?? Aside from working on projects to build my portfolio, which seems to be the general consensus of making yourself more hireable, does anyone have any pointers for a new university graduate?

Hey guys, I am just in the infant stages of a new start up and was hoping someone could give me some reference to work from in terms of hiring a designer. Currently, I am looking for someone to help come up with a logo and help with branding. Does anyone have any experience in this area?
